Chef Darren, owner and chef of DC Restaurant discovered his passion for cooking when he started helping his parents out in the kitchen of Dave’s Deli at a young age. It was only natural for him to open a restaurant of his own after he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Although classically French-trained, Chef Darren never limits his creativity in creating his menus, incorporating various local and imported ingredients of the best quality in each dish he serves.
