When Chef David Morris joined Le Cordon Bleu London in 2010 as Chef Instructor for Cuisine programme, he became one of the first non-French chefs to join the prestigious institution. He oversaw the development of short courses and manuals, as well as a number of high profile events. A thriving food scene and diverse culinary heritage drew him to Malaysia where he has been part of the Sunway Le Cordon Blue team since 2012.
