Chef Ryan of Cloud 9 KL started his culinary career with humble beginnings at a French restaurant in Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel and worked his way up to Michelin-star restaurants like L’Air du Temps in Belgium and Jung Sik Dang in Seoul. The 34-year-old Chef Ryan loves to give classic dishes a modern twist with different flavours and textures, as well as expressing his creativity in presentation.
