When Chef Giuseppe was 10 years old, he wrote in his diary that he wanted to become a great chef when he grew up. That dream became a reality with the Italian having worked in five-star kitchens all across the world. Along with manning his restaurant station in the Theatre of Cuisines, he’ll also be hosting a cooking class featuring some signatures dishes from his home in Puglia, Italy.
