Born and raised in Macao, Chef Sandra Niza Barros brings 12 years of experience in the culinary industry, specialising in contemporary Macanese cuisine. At this year’s Taste MIGF she’ll be guiding visitors through the creation of her signature pastries and other authentic dishes from her home.  Underpinning her career has always been the goal to preserve Macanese fare by preserving traditional flavours while elevating and educating younger generations about the cuisine.
