The joint winner of the Golden Cauldron Award in MIGF 2016 makes its way to the Festival again this year. Serving customers for nearly four years, the understated DC Restaurant, located in suburban TTDI, has become a culinary sensation among those who seek peak-level contemporary French cuisine.
Stepping off the sidewalk and through the main doors will land you in Le Comptoir, a casual waiting area with a serpentine long table, where guests can start the evening off with wine before adjourning to the luxurious La Salle main dining area. This is also where you’ll be granted a glimpse of Chef Darren and his team in action.
What makes DC Restaurant unique is its prix fixe menus that are season-driven. Dishes will include ingredients that are in their prime form during that particular time of the year. Each ingredient is carefully sourced locally and internationally, so that unbeatable flavours are achieved.
