The kitchen has always been Chef Andy’s classroom and laboratory. It’s where the Master Chef has honed his skills since being urged into the culinary world. Before that, early in his career, his work was at the front desk of a restaurant but he soon found himself drawn towards the heart of the establishment. The chef has always been prepared to travel in order to remain connected to recipes, produce and plating presentations and he recently completed a stint in Moscow to help launch a Chinese restaurant there. From his double-boiled 6 Head Abalone to the Stuffed Sea Cucumber on his Festival menu this year, Chef Andy is out to further raise the bar for this celebrated restaurant coming soon!
