Although Ten deals exclusively in the finest Japanese cuisine, Chef Yomoda is one of the most experienced chefs in the Festival this year, having trained and worked in France in the extremely reputable three Michelin Star restaurant L’Osier. He has also worked in the equally good three star Gastronomy Joel Robuchon and gained is very own Michelin star in 2008 along with Two Hats from the Goult et Milau in 2013. Accolades and awards run deep with this chef. 

His Festival Menu this year reflects his experience and passion, combining his European training and premium dining expertise with the freshest ingredients and techniques from Japan to create a fusion menu like no other. He is looking forward to boosting the restaurant to the next level and his team are very excited to be showing off their new menu. Most of all, however, he is excited to meet the Malaysian public at Taste MIGF!
