Chef Eric is one of the true veterans of MIGF, having participated in the Festival since 2005. His Thai/Chinese creations have become well known in the region, drawing diners from far off destinations. Indeed, his creations attract any number of celebrities at any given point in time, so you may well rub shoulders with movers and shakers while dining at Imperial Rama.

He serves as the trainer for Koo Soo Restaurants & Chefs Association, KL, alongside his Executive Chinese Chef role at Resorts World Genting. His accolades run deep, amongst them, the Gold Awards in the “Culinary Malaysia 1995”, Gold Medallist for “The World Golden Chef Competition 1998” and Gold & Silver Medal for the “World Champion of Chinese Cuisine 2002”.

His Festival Menu this year is a study in exquisite seafood specials such as Chilean sea bass, stewed dried seafood, salt baked fresh abalone, and pan-fried lobster.
