The witty Chef Aris is happiest when talking about food. His face all but lights up as he expounds on his favourite recipes or ingredients and what they mean to him. He entered the kitchen 25 years ago and has never looked back.
He quickly rose through the culinary ranks after leaving school and has since had the pleasure of working in a raft of fine establishments in Asia and Europe, where his love for Italian, French and Mediterranean Cuisine blossomed. He has managed to rack up an impressive amount of accolades and awards throughout his career, a decorated chef to say the least.
