Chef Pierre has been a part of the dedicated team of individuals at Al-Amar for many years now, the heart and soul of a bustling kitchen, making sure that only the finest Lebanese delicacies leave the pass. His philosophy when it comes to cooking his simple: love what you are doing with all your being, and inject your all into it.
This is well evidenced in the fiery passion he has for his job, and the attention to detail he pays each one of his dishes. Having worked in numerous presitigious restaurants and hotels across the Middle East, including The Accar, Royal Hotel Lebanon, The Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai and Mzaar, he has built up a vast knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, and has mastered the intricacies and nuances of this diverse cuisine.
Now in his third MIGF, Chef Pierre will be pushing the limits of his creativity to showcase a mesmerising combination of taste and aesthetics, the principles which have garnered himself, and the Al-Amar group so much praise in KL.
