Chef Eric’s culinary creations, specialist in chinese cuisine, have become notorious throughout the region, with many celebrities and the elite of society making the pilgrimage up to Genting to sample his delicacies.

Besides making Imperial Rama famous, Chef Eric also serves as the trainer for Koo Soo Restaurants & Chefs Association, KL, and has in his 20 years of cooking won countless awards. Some of the highlights include the Gold Awards in the “Culinary Malaysia 1995”, gold medalist for “The World Golden Chef Competition 1998” and gold and silver medals for “The World Champion of Chinese Cuisine 2002”.

All in all, the decorated chef has 10 awards to his name, and he continues to take part in competitions around the country, while delivering top notch cuisine at one of Genting Highland’s culinary jewels.
