This restaurant, which opened in April 2011, offers an elevated dining experience, with the finest and freshest Western cuisine that will ignite your taste buds, complemented by a fine collection of vintage wines and a bird’s-eye view of Kuala Lumpur. Focusing on Western classic fine dining, guests have a choice of seven courses: To Begin, To Warm, To Grain, To Fish, To Meat, To Grill and To Finish.
Begin the feast with seasonal fresh oysters from the US and Australia. Alternatively, opt for the Australian maroon crayfish salad, a mild poached crayfish folded in truffle vinaigrette.
