Executive Chef Thiti Thammanatr, proudly presents Modern Thai cooking at its best. “This is a forward thinking menu,” he declares. “There are Thai, French and Chinese influences in the menu, demonstrated through the ingredients chosen, the presentation style, the meal order and the method of cooking.”
The order of each meal is paramount. “Dinner begins with cool appetizers, then increasingly warmer dishes, followed by hot main courses, bringing the fine dining experience to a crescendo so that the food is enjoyed to the maximum,” explains the chef who loves travelling, photography and architecture.
His love of beauty is evident through the visually stunning food presentation. “The food is assembled in many small portions so diners can enjoy its original flavour,” explains Thiti.
