Swiss born Chef Reto have worked in Michelin Star restaurants in Switzerland, he wasalso part of the first Armani Hotel opening in Dubai and the opening of the highest restaurant the “Atmopshere Grill and Lounge” in the tallest building in the world the “Burj Kalifa Dubai”.

 

Hailing from the beautiful Mountains of Switzerland and having worked in various countries, Chef Reto loves to travel extensively and considers his travelling experiences as his main source of inspiration for his creativity and menu inspirations. With a true passion for fresh and sustainable products, he believes in having the freedom to create innovative culinary delights for Kuala Lumpur.

 

With his deep passion for cooking especially “Grill Cuisine” and his creativity of using seasonal products to the best, his refined dishes at the Mandarin Grill are a testimony of his outstanding work experience.
