The chef who has been working in Bunga Emas for two years finally tastes the experience of MIGF for the first time this year.
Chef Zam says that he was first interested in cooking when he was 18 years old and since then he experimenting in the kitchen while watching his mother cook.
“Since I was young, I like Malay food the best and that’s the reason why I chose to specialize in this cuisine until now,” he admits.
“The best thing about being a chef is to see people enjoy the food that I prepare and eat everything on the plates.
This is the ultimate satisfaction,” says the chef who likes to cook chicken. This good feeling, according to him, makes his long hard work in the kitchen worth every effort.
