Starting at the tender age of 18, Chef Michel has gathered culinary skills along the way. After an accomplished run by the Mediterranean Sea at Phoenicia Intercontinental (Beirut), Holiday Inn (Dubai), Movenpick Hotel and Resort and the American Embassy in Beirut, the illustrious Chef Michel begins his Asian culinary journey as Al-Amar’s Executive Chef.
With an ability to manage and maintain the highest of standards teamed with a dynamic personality and flair for creativity, Chef Michel is set to make his inaugural impression with guests through his subtle ingenuity in Lebanese cuisine tinted with a Western panache.
“Taste always come first, then the presentation. Sometimes we have to ‘feed’ the eyes before the mouth,” said the Chef who appreciates French style presentation and Japanese healthy cuisine.
He sees MIGF as a great opportunity to show case his authentic Lebanese cuisine to Malaysia. Autumn Flavors in the appetiser is his signature dish this year.
