Chef Chan’s passion for culinary perfection has led him to win numerous awards throughout the years, marrying traditional Chinese cuisine with modern influences. Balance, ingenuity and passion guides his cooking philosophy and his desire to continually raise the bar to keep the taste buds stimulated.
Exercising his vocation since the age of 19 at various establishments including hotels and restaurants overseas, the innovative chef carries a long and rich culinary experience preparing delectable meals for guests ranging from royalties, celebrities to local and international diners. Chef Chan continues to polish his craft by constantly researching and understanding the art of Chinese cuisine, searching for and improvising recipes to create new dishes that surprise the palate.
