Chef Anna is a new star behind L’Heritage sumptuous menu. With only three years of experience, she already won the first honour in Nofrerie de la chaine des rotisseurs Bailliage de Malaisie last May 2011.
She will proudly represent Malaysia in an international chef competition in Istanbul, Turkey, this September. Born in a family who savour eating experience, she learnt a lot from both parents who love to cook.
“I have always loved cooking. As young as six years old, I knew exactly that I wanted to be a chef. Until now I love to watch food channel and cook at home for my family every day ,” she says.
“Cooking from the heart is always a success key, but we also have to be very patient,” add the chef who can’t compromise when it comes to quality.
