The Pomelo acquired its name from the fruit that Tambun, Ipoh, is famous for. The pomelo fruit has been innovatively incorporated into the spa cuisine of The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat to create delightful and refreshing dishes. Fitted with a show kitchen and a display counter, The Pomelo offers indoor dining, and an inspiring outdoor experience if seated within one of the gazebos that overlooks the majestic limestone hills, hotsprings and lush green landscape.

 

The restaurant's spa cuisine menu, while light and healthy, bursts with flavours of organic fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood and premium poultry. Complementing the dining menu is a variety of fresh fruit and vegetable juices. For a sunset affair, The Pomelo serves as a nice prelude to a night that ends off at Jeff's Cellar - a unique private dining enclave set within a cave that comes complete with its own wine bar serving a range of organic wines.
