The atmosphere in Chynna's main dining room speaks volumes about what's in store for diners. The Chinese theatre stage themed room tells of modern Hong Kong Cantonese presented with flair, all the while staying true to its roots.
The tea-master at Chynna does not wait on tables. His craft is tea and pouring lots of it to guests. Dresser in traditional Chinese costume, he cuts a striking figure as he darts from table to table deftly manoeuvring the metal tea pot with a meter-long spout.
An open dim sum kitchen affords diners lunch and a show as the many and varied dim sum items are prepared in an open kitchen as a focal point of the dining room. Several private dining areas, beautifully and thematically decorated, allow diners to entertain friends, family and business associates in an intimate environment separated from the main dining areas.
