Overall experience is quite enjoyable. Edible menu and canapès were interesting and a fun start to the evening. However, the black sesamè sponge was rather bland.

The golden teabag was interesting, and had very pleasing texture and taste. Loved the smoky abalone, it was a good dish, but not an outstanding one.

The organic beef-clay baked, was definitely the highlight of the meal. It melted in the mouth and was absolutely divine. Because of the richness of the dish- would have liked some garnishes to lift the palate.

The poppy dessert is a very nice finishing touch. Presentation was lovely, the petals on their own was slightly bland, but when combined with the delicious banana ice-cream & chocolate soil, it turned into an innovative and tantalizing blend of flavours.
