Strictly adhering to The Pomelo's philosophy of creating a healthy lifestyle through wholesome diets, Chef Rolf selects only the freshest, organic fruits and vegetables as well as premium fresh seafood and poultry, and deftly draws out the natural flavour of the ingredients to enhance each dish, designed to supply the body with essential nutrients.
Chef Rolf further demonstrates his expertise in the culinary arts with his ability to incorporate the medicinal values of herbs into the preparation of spa cuisine. "Spa cuisine is about recognising the health benefits of different herbs and taking advantage of the properties to optimise health," he explains.
