Chef Michael Elfwing is the Chef de Cuisine of Senses restaurant and responsible for the award - winning Senses Restaurant in Hilton Kuala Lumpur. Chef Michael has been part of the kitchen team that has contributed to the restaurant winning the prestigious 5-Star Diamond Awards as one of the Best Restaurants in the World and also the Hospitality Asia Award for Best Western Cuisine, and the list continues to grow.
Having an eternal passion for food, he is currently experimenting with 'molecular gastronomy' - a scientific approach to food that manipulates its textures and flavours through cooking temperatures and food combinations.
