Ipoh-born Chef Tan, who has nearly two decades of experience in the industry, first developed his culinary skills in Singapore before bringing his gastronomic flair to Kuala Lumpur. Known for his delectable seafood creations, the unassuming Chef Tan specialises in flavourful Cantonese cuisine that is both delicious and healthy. He takes special care to ensure that the presentation of his dishes is as exquisite as the food itself.
