Each year the Malaysia International
Gourmet Festival presents awards to selected participants
to recognise the country’s top food and beverage professionals
and encourage more young people to take up careers in the
hospitality industry. This year there are two awards categories
and all awards will be announced at the Festival’s Grand
Finale Dinner on 3 December 2007.
