THE CHEF
Dynasty’s kitchen has been headed by award-winning Chinese Chef Tan Kim Weng for nine years. Ipoh-born Chef Tan, who has 17 years of experience in the industry, first developed his culinary skills in Singapore before bringing his culinary flair to Kuala Lumpur.

Known for his delectable seafood creations, the unassuming Chef Tan specialises in flavourful Cantonese cuisine that is both delicious and healthy, and takes special care to ensure that presentation of his dishes are as exquisite as the food itself.
