THE CHEF
Cheerful Executive Sous Chef Adriano Teng stumbled upon his calling and a turning point when he stepped into a five-star hotel kitchen. After honing his skills, Chef Adriano's passion to cook and ambition to achieve took him to some of the finest international kitchens, including Sydney, Australia. "A chef must love his own creations and give the guests the ‘wow’ factor. Everyone from the chef to the one who serves the food must be passionate in the role they play. Then you’re sure to succeed," he says.
A master in Western cuisine, his creativity and innovative spirit continue to create exciting recipes and a unique approach to Japanese dining.
