Soi Twenty Three takes grandeur to the next level with its spectacular panorama of nature and the fabulous Kuala Lumpur skyline. Ceiling-to-floor windows allow diners to enjoy the changing colours of the sky. Bathe in natural light from white and blue to pink, orange and peach as the sun sets, then grey and silver as day gives way to night. Soi Twenty Three’s neutral colour scheme allows a canvas for nature’s light show while the kitchen creates intelligent and suitably artistic fare. |

THE CHEF
Chef Sujinda Anekthanasan, better known as Alex, is moving into his 16th year in the kitchen. Adventurous and passionate, he travels the world in search of new ingredients and inspiration. Although he says he never cooked at home until he started working at the age of 17 as a helper in a restaurant in Bangkok, his acute sense of taste and flavours caught the attention of Pacific Regency's managing team.
He was invited to Kuala Lumpur and happily accepted in hopes to introduce bona fide Thai cuisines to an international audience. “Cooking makes me feel at home. I see my mother through my cooking,” he says “it’s a natural part of my life. She’s my inspiration.”
