| The allure of North African cuisine has been hitting high dining spots from Paris to London the last few years, causing a stir and further expanding the horizons of creative chefs. MED.@Marché invites diners to enjoy its culinary delights within an intimate Moroccan setting with touches of North African and European décor. Dine on MED.@Marché’s signature Mediterranean-style dishes such as carne tonato, roast rack of lamb and chocolate tortino in an atmosphere made cosy with candles, cushions and sheer, shimmery organza in warm shades of maroon, purple and gold. If you are so inclined, conclude your evening with shisha, featuring fine Arabian tobacco in many flavours. |

THE CHEF
MED.@Marché’s Chef De Cuisine, Tim Yee hails from Napier, New Zealand. Coming from a family of restaurateurs, good food has always been an important part of his upbringing. He decided at 13 that he wanted to be a chef, and began training in New Zealand with his family in various cuisines, including Italian, French and Modern Australian.
Tim completed his apprenticeship under the tutelage of Australian celebrity chef Luke Mangan, and in 1998 was a finalist for the Josephine Pignolet Award.
